1. Place Chicken breasts in a shallow non-metal dish. Prick with skewers many times.
2. Combine lime juice and chili sauce, mix and pour over chicken breasts, cover and marinate for three hours or overnight.
3. To make mayonnaise, put egg yolks, garlic, mustard and lemon juice in blender. Blend until smooth. With motor running, add the oil in a steady stream until it reaches a thick consistency. Refrigerate, covered.
4. Preheat grill, BBQ, or flat plate to high. Lightly grease the grill. Place Bacon on grill for 5 minutes until crisp and remove. Put breasts on grill and cook for approx 7 minutes on each side.
5. Toast hamburger buns until brown. Arrange lettuce, tomato, chicken and bacon on the bases of buns. Top with mayonnaise and cover with top half of bun. Serve and enjoy.
